so I am just beat...the last few weeks have been all music...writing and releasing a lot of energy...yesterday I was to jam with The Air Apparent and I had to cancel...just to rest...then today I am just lifeless...so tomorrow...I plan on sleeping in and taking it easy...breakfast and lunch with Liz and the cats...I wish it would get cool again...Liz is going down south tomorrow night with a friend so I plan on taking up a book or maybe working on some beats...acoustic tunes...or...absolutely nothing! ...the body speaks...
