worked on some guitars today....restrung 2...cleaned them up...was going to change strings on my acoustic and realized I liked the dead strings on there....interesting warm tones happening...so they stay...Read a bit tonight....relaxed...then a song happened out of nowhere...very simple tune with very powerful lyrics...made a crappy demo so I did not forget the song and walked away...many tunes in the can for a future solo album...demos are starting to pile up...I will get recording it soon enough...this Sunday I am recording with the project, The Air Apparent...should be a fun studio day...getting there at 10am and going until all the music is tracked for 4 songs...well...3 really...drums for one extra tune that already has everything else down...I have a feeling it will go very smooth...then as I have the songs down we can start work on a few others to complete an EP...will take some time to get the voices down too...but seems like this and the MLW EP will finish around the same time...Hopefully everything will be done in November with both projects...so we can start booking December onward for MLW...and a few shows with The Air Apparent...I am thinking at that time I will be able to dedicate some time to start recording a solo record...A Cloudwork tune in the works with a friend Gherrica...she is already writing some words...I also have some D_comp ideas in the can...this seems like a lot...and it is at times...MLW is the main thing on mind right now...as one thing finishes the next begins...stay tuned
